Why do you need my e-mail address?

Hard to Find HandE Gadgets will use your e-mail address only to contact you about your order or to send you information you have requested from us. We DO NOT sell your information or share it with other companies.

Is it safe to place my order online?

Absolutely! When you enter your personal information anywhere on our web site or when you place an order, you are on a secure server. All data is encrypted to protect it.

How do I know you received my order?

When the order has been completed successfully you will be sent an e-mail with a receipt (order) number and all your order information. If you are unsure about your order or note an error in the confirmation, please contact us immediately via phone, fax, or e-mail.

How are shipping and handling fees calculated?

This charge includes handling, shipping materials, and actual shipping rates from us or our vendors to you. We structure our rates according to weight rather than zone for easy calculation. Also, sometimes products may come from more than one vendor.

If the item is not what I need, can I return it?

Our product return policies vary according to the product, order type, value , and destination. We reserve the right to choose and administer the correct policy. In any case, we have a 30 day return policy on most items, with the exception of tapes, videos, DVDs, CDs, and video games. Health and beauty items must be unopened and in good condition.
