The cost for shipping and handling is detailed in our shipping rate chart and is summarized upon checkout. Please note that on occasion items may be shipped from different manufacturers and separate shipping rates may apply. Likewise, all items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
We accept PayPal, checks, credit and debit cards drawn on banks located within the United States and provided to the account holder. Not all payment methods are available via the web or fax. Checks returned for any reason will result in a service charge of $30.00.
We accept orders via web, fax,phone, or mail. Simply print your order sheet upon completion and fax, mail, or phone.
Our return policies are based on the product, order type, value, and destination. Any claims for refunds or financial adjustments must be submitted in writing within 30 days such charges were made to your account. You have 30 days to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and 15 days to return the product to our warehouse after RMA approval. Packages returned without RMA's will be refused due to security and business operations reasons. Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee the return will be exchanged or refunded. Products must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging in order to be accepted for RMA. Tapes, videos, DVDs, CDs, and video games may be exchanged only; health and beauty items if opened are non-returnable; food products of any type are non-refundable.

Sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. If this occurs, we will notify you of any delay via e-mail, fax, phone, or mail.
CANCEL POLICY: Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. If we are unable to stop it from shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedure (RMA). To attempt a cancellation, please call, fax, or e-mail us immediately. The order should not be considered canceled until we have acknowledged that we were able to stop the shipment.
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, notify us immediately. We will issue you a prepaid label for you to return the item to us and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
